Text: Isaiah 41:10-13

Nobody wants to be an 'ex-person';

- An ex-rich man. Proverbs 23:5
- An ex-warrior. Samuel 21:15-17
- Ex-popular. Samuel 15:1-30

- It is a horrible thing to be an ex-champion. Judges 16:18-end

* I pray for you in the Name of Jesus, you will never be an ex-champion.

* You need constant supply to avoid being ex-rich. Philippians 4:19

* You need constant success. Philippians 4:13

These happen when you have permanent contact with God.

1. Isaiah 41:10-13: You'll have no reason to fear.

- Fear is a tormentor. 1 John 4:18, Proverbs 29:25, Hebrews 2:14-15
- Permanent contact with God will guarantee no more fear. Romans 8:15 Psalm 23:4

2. When you have permanent contact with God, you have no reason to be dismayed. Isaiah 3:10, Colossians 1:27.

3. Your strength is renewed. Isaiah 40:29-31

4. The Lord says He will uphold you. Micah 7:8, Psalm 37:23-24

- It is when you begin to prosper that you discover enemies within and enemies without. Judges 15:9-15
- You can trust the Almighty God because He has pleasure in your promotion, success and wellbeing. 2 Chronicles 20:1-25, Isaiah 54:15

5. The Almighty God says He will help you. Psalm 121:1-2

- You can never get a better helper than God.
- He blesses liberally; He upbraided not. Psalm 60:11, Isaiah 31:1-3

* If you have found the Almighty God, making contact after contact with Him, stick close to Him. You can be sure that you have nothing to fear for the rest of your life with Him.

* If you haven't given your life to Jesus Christ, you risk your life. Surrender to Him and let Him take care of every area of your life.

* Ask Him to take over and be your Lord & Saviour, that you may be adopted into His family.
