Congratulations are in order as energetic contemporary gospel music minister, Mercy Chinwo bags the Best Gospel category awards at the just concluded 2021 African Muzik Magazine Awards (AFRIMMA).

The organizers of the prestigious awards disclosed the winners for each category of the awards over the weekend via their official platforms.

Confirming the news on her page, Mercy Chinwo is all grateful for another milestone, dedicated the award to the glory of God. The 'Excess Love' singer also acknowledged the organizers of the awards.

Mercy Chinwo clinched the awards by beating top Nigerian gospel artistes, Sinach and Tim Godfrey, including other African counterparts, Joe Mettle, Miguel Buila, Icha Kavons, Diana Hamilton, and DJ Kerozen.
