Text: Numbers 23: 16-20

Only God Almighty has the ultimate power to bless.

Who is a Delegate?

A delegate is someone that has been sent or authorized to represent someone. Authorize means official permission or approval.

God gives his delegates the power to act and represent him.

Psalm 62:11

Who Are The Delegate?

1.            Biological Father – Numbers 30:1-5

2.            Husband – Numbers 30: 6-8

3.            Spiritual Father – Number 23 vs 20

God has a standard for everybody and it is not a double standard. Without Christ, you cannot enjoy God's blessings from any of the above. Come to Christ now.
