Nigerian Gospel Singers Celebrate Sinach As She Tops Billboard Charts

Nigerian born gospel singer, songwriter and worship leader, Osinachi Joseph professionally known as Sinach has achieved another milestone in her career as she made her nation, Nigeria proud.

Sinach set the social media on fire on 6th May, 2020 when she became the first Nigerian and African to top the US Billboard Christian songwriter charts for seven consecutive weeks.

Billboard is a weekly magazine of a standard record chart for the music industry in the United States. It rankings are based on sales, radio play and online streaming within the United States.

The award winning singer made it to the charts with her 2016 hit song, ‘Way Maker’ which gained more popularity after it performance by Elevation Worship and Christian Rock Band in 2019.
