"You took me not only as a son but also as a friend" Dunsin Oyekan mourns Baba Olowere

Music minister Dunsin Oyekan has joined thousands of Christians in mourning the demise of Prophet Michael Ojo Olowere, popularly known as Baba Olowere or Baba Automatic.

Dunsin Oyekan shared a photo of the late cleric detailing his relationship with him.

The singer revealed how Baba Olowere took him as a son and friend and how the late prophet was concerned about his life, family and ministry.

You took me not only as a son but also as a friend. Very concerned about every detail of my Life, family and ministry. I will really miss you.

Christian Feeds reported that Baba Olowere passed on to glory on Wednesday, the 5th of July, at his Asi residence in Ibadan, Oyo state.

Comedian Woli Arole also confirmed this development on his Instagram page, where he shared a video of one of his encounters with the late Prophet Olowere before his death.

Sharing the video online, Arole expressed delight at how he was privileged to celebrate Baba Olowere before his death and how the late prophet blessed him in his last days.

Arole also recalled how he reached out to the prophet by God's directive in April, to bless him and his association.
