CLIMA 2022: Mercy Chinwo, Okopi Peterson Bag Double Awards

Congratulations are in order as gospel music ministers Mercy Chinwo Blessed and Okopi Peterson bag double awards each at the just concluded 2022 Christian Legendary and Impact Makers Awards in Africa, CLIMA Africa Awards.

With a gratified heart Mercy Chinwo shared the good news on social media with photos of the award, “To God be the Glory, Great things He has Done”.

Also, Okopi Peterson revealed there is more to be expected from him until he hears weldone.

“As I journey along with christ and man. I find a balance... And i’m grateful that it pleases the father to put me in this space to function for him. I’m dying daily, staying awaken in prayers whilst my hands get to work the works he has called me to do. Award is not the reward. It Just Say’s (There’s more) And that is golden. Your reward is in CHRIST. Stick with Jesus the Reward while you appreciate the award.”

Other Nigerian gospel artistes nominated for CLIMA 2022 awards include Dunsin Oyekan, Nathaniel Bassey, Chioma Jesus, Ada Ehi, Sinach and others.

The award and gala night was held at Shell Hall, MUSON Centre, Onikan, Lagos State, on the 9th of October, 2022.
