The theme for the first half Sunday School manual is tagged "Grow in the Grace and Knowledge of our Lord".
Reports revealed that the pamphlet is divided into three units: The Grace Of Our Lord, The Knowledge of Our Lord, and Growing in the Grace and Knowledge of Christ.

Christ Apostolic Church, Sunday School department, was formally established by the former and late President of the ministry, Pastor E.H.L Olusheye.
Before its formal establishment, CAC relied on the sermon and organized Bible classes at the discretion of the various assemblies that practiced them.
In 1977, Pastor Olusheye launched a Sunday School department inaugurated ti coordinate the issues of Sunday School in the church. The department saw the challenge of writing and publishing the Sunday school lessons that are now published in different Nigerian languages.
CAC Sunday school manual is available in English, Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa and Efik.
