Understanding How God Leads (Pt. 3) – Bishop David Oyedepo

Topic: Understanding How God Leads (Pt. 3)

Text: Isa. 59:8

Message:

Life becomes supernaturally profitable when we follow God's leading. - Isa. 48:17

You can't take God's word with levity and expect Him to treat you with dignity.

How to Access Divine Direction

1. Through prayer and fasting. - Isa. 58:6, 11. We secure continuous guidance from the altar of prayer and fasting. The kingdom race is the race of individuality; the greatest discovery in the kingdom is the discovery of your individuality. - Isa. 51:2

2. Be in love with God. - Jhn. 15:15. When you become God's friend, you have natural access to His plans. Those who despise God's Words cannot access His plans.

3. Through heavenly visions. - Acts 10:14. God shows up at will but you cannot doubt His manifestation when He shows up.

Don't build your adventures in life on guess work. At every point, ask God questions. God is committed to leading all of His people. As long as you are one of His sheep, you have a right to His divine leading. - Jhn. 10:5

God has a plan for everyone; find out His plan for you and run your own race. - Heb.12:1, Hab. 2:2.

No one can command exploits without strength. - Dan. 11:32

Proofs of Divine Leading

1. Supernatural Confidence. - Psa. 23:4, Ex. 13:17. Supernatural confidence is the heritage of those that are led by the Spirit of God.

2. Divine strength. - Judg. 6:4. God strengthens the sent with supernatural strength.

Covenant Day of Vengeance Ministration

- We serve a God of vengeance; that is His other side. - Gen. 12:3

- You need to understand the other side of God or else you will become like minced meat to the wicked.

- Until the God of vengeance shows up, the wicked may never give up. - Ex. 12: 29-35

- God uses vengeance among others, to enforce the delivery of His divine agenda.

- Every believer has an appointed Angel whose mission is to deliver vengeance. - Ps. 34:7

- It is your redemptive right to invoke vengeance upon your enemies. - Lk. 18:7
